TERMS & CONDITIONS

By agreeing to the terms herein you are entering a legally binding agreement with the Artist.
Both you, the Artist and Management warrant and represent the following:

(a)    You hereby waive any and all moral or financial rights in the recordings and the compositions embodied thereon in perpetuity
(b)    You confirm that neither the recordings or samples uploaded shall infringe the rights of any third parties
(c)    You confirm that none of the recordings uploaded are copyrighted material or contain samples from copyrighted material
(d)    You hereby indemnify Artist and Management and its shareholders, directors, employees and affiliates from and against any claims, costs, expenses, losses, liabilities and damages arising from any actual or alleged violation of any third party rights as the result of any material you have uploaded    being used in the project
(e)    You agree that the Artist has the right to use the recordings in new compositions, the entire copyright of which will be assigned to Artist in perpetuity and will remain the sole property of the Artist
(f)     This agreement is legally binding and it in no way constitutes a partnership or joint venture with the Artist or Management or associated parties
(g)    This agreement is governed by the courts of London in the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom
(h)    You agree that for the purposes of the Album project, the Artist and his Management shall have the perpetual right, without liability to any person, to use and to authorise others to use your name, likeness and relative biographical material for the purposes of advertising, marketing, promotion & trade in connection with the exploitation of the Album in any format
(i)     In the event that your uploaded content is utilised in the final album cut, your likeness, name and other relevant information will be featured in the album credits and published online as part of the marketing campaign and on the associated website
(j)     Artist & Management will not share your personal contact information with any third party

For the avoidance of doubt, Artist refers to Henry Saiz, Management refers to SEG Entertainment Ltd.
